Group Life and AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment) insurance will allow your staff the financial security in the unfortunate instance of death or dismemberment. Employers may offer this insurance as an employer paid benefit or on a voluntary basis. As a voluntary benefit, employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and may elect to insure their spouse or children through a payroll deduction.
